During the discovery call or initial consultation we will determine a tailor-made treatment plan that matches your needs.
Dutch healthcare insurance coverage
My consultations and therapies are not covered by the basic Dutch healthcare insurance. However, additional insurance coverage policies (which are optional in addition to the basic coverage package) usually cover a maximum amount per consultation because I am a member of the “beroepsvereniging AVIG” as a doctor in naturopathic medicine and orthomolecular medicine. If you are eligible for partial reimbursement from your healthcare insurance (it is recommended to check this before your appointment), you can submit the invoice at your healthcare insurance.

Payment
The invoice of the consultation or treatment must be paid digitally at end of the consultation. If for some reason that is not possible, payment must be made within 14 days after the invoice date, stating the invoice number or via a digital payment link.
We request a down payment (and afterwards a couple (two) of payment terms) for treatment plans. If you choose to pay for the entire package in full (at once), you will receive a 5% discount on the total amount of the treatment plan. After each consultation, you will receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurance (the health insurance requires, among other things, the treatment date on the invoice).
Cancellation policy
Appointments need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance (weekend days excluded). Unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be charged entirely. Cancellations need to be done by phone or email for which the date and time of receipt are binding.
